Cooking with kids is a great way to help them use their evolving reading skills.  So, we made Apple Oat Balls this week in class.....VERY easy and healthy too.  Here's our resource guide, free on the web & there is one delicious food item from each state.  Apple Oat Balls came from Michigan!
